Gossip Girl here, your one and only source into the scandalous lives of Provo's elite. Spotted, C out for sushi sporting a new do. After such a long trip in Africa, what would make her chop those luscious locks? I guess you'll never know what sorts of contagious diseases you can get unless you go there yourself. But I'm not making any presumptions. I'll let those of you that have recently shared a brush with her be the judge.
